• For 24 hour a day claims service, please call 1-800-934-3809  and we will assist you.

• For any other questions, including payment history, current or past due account balances, reprinting of ID cards, etc., please contact our Customer Service Team (link to https://www.oregonmutual.com/contact-us) or call 1-800-888-2141, option 5 for assistance.
