Oregon Mutual Insurance Company (the Company) accepts through its web site Discover, Visa, MasterCard cards in payment of premium from customers or their representatives (Customer) according to these terms and conditions. Use of this credit card payment facility by Customer is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The Company will:

• Post each payment to Customer's account after obtaining authorization from the Credit Card Company. Customer credit card authorizations received after 7:00 PM will be posted to Customer's Oregon Mutual account on the next business day.

 

• Make every reasonable effort to accept credit card payments through its web site.

 

• Keep a record of all successful and unsuccessful credit card authorization attempts for at least 90 days.

Customer is responsible for:

• Payment of premium and fees as billed by the Company to the Customer. Non-payment will result in the cancellation of Customer's policy or policies.

 

• Navigating the Company's web site and following instructions and prompts.

 

• Printing and retaining for at least 90 days a printed copy of the Confirmation Page showing the billing account number, time, date and confirmation number. This copy is to serve as documentation to Customer and act as an aid while making inquiries. Under no conditions will the Confirmation Page in digital, hardcopy or any other form be considered a receipt of payment.

 

• In no event shall Company be responsible for technical problems, equipment outages, Internet delays or service failures that may prevent or delay the Customer from reaching the Company's web site and making a payment.

 

• The Company may suspend, modify or end this service at any time without prior notice.

 

• No term or condition herein shall supersede, amend or replace policy contracts, endorsements or notices issued by Oregon Mutual Insurance Company or Western Protectors Insurance Company.
