concerning your bill or to sign up for the EFT (automatic
payment) payment option may be directed to Oregon Mutual's
Billing Call Center. The call is toll free at 800-409-3814.
Hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m.
- 5:00 p.m. Pacific time. You may call at other times
from a touch-tone telephone for automated billing information.
Claims - If you need
to report a claim, call our Claim Call Center toll free at
800-934-3809. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven
days a week.
Your Policy And Coverage - Your Independent

these types of questions or for assistance in making a change
