General Logon Help Information


Minimum Browser Requirements for Oregon Mutual eServices

In order to access the electronic services, your browser must be:

  • Microsoft® Internet Explorer 4.0 (or higher)
  • Netscape® Navigator 4.51 (or higher)
  • AOL® Browser 4.0 (or higher)

The web browsers must be configured to support Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) and 128 bit encryption.

Important: It is highly recommended that the newer browsers be used to access Oregon Mutual eServices.

A version of the Netscape® Web Browser is available by going to "http://www.netscape.com" and selecting download Click here.

A version of Microsoft® Internet Explorer is available by going to "http://www.microsoft.com" and selecting download Click here.

America Online® (AOL) users can get America Online's Web Browser by entering the keyword "Upgrade".


Determining Your Browser version and security settings

In Netscape® Web Browser:
1. Click on Help.
2. Click on About Netscape®.
3. Click here to upgrade to a newer version of Netscape now.

In Microsoft® Internet Explorer:
1. Click on Help.
2. Click on About Microsoft® Internet Explorer.
3. Click here to upgrade to a newer version of Explorer now.

In America Online® Web Browser:
1. Click on Help.
2. Click on About America Online.
