Commercial Insurance Discounts

Various policy types are available. Each policy offers price adjustments depending on the risk characteristics of the particular insured. Not all price adjustments are available for all policies or in all states. Some examples are:

• Experience Rating
  Better than expected claim experience may provide credits.
  
  
• New Building Credits
  Newer buildings may receive up to 20% credit.
  
  
• Sprinkler Credit
  Credits are available for buildings which are fully protected by an automatic sprinkler system.

• Individual Risk Premium Modifications
  Your premium may be adjusted to account for individual risk features such as quality of management, accessibility, training and
  supervision of employees.
  
  
• Package Credit
  Credits are available when Property and Liability policies are both written with Oregon Mutual. Commercial Auto also qualifies for package credit when written with one of these coverages.
  
  
• Large Account
  Oregon Mutual provides a premium credit to larger risks to account for fixed expenses.
